Unfortunately, this challenge is not open to Canadian developers.
This is not entirely true. All you have to do is to team up with some developer who lives in one of the accepted countries. And you let him do the submission.

If I am not mistaken, we cannot use the Stage3D even if AIR 3.0 SDK will be released before the deadline?
“The work must be created using Adobe Flash Builder, Adobe Flash Professional and/or Flex SDK software tools, with the exception only of 3D games/apps using the Stage 3D feature in Adobe AIR”
Hi Mihai,
I am having difficulties with installing drivers for Sony Tablet and debugging the app with Flash Builder. Can you help me with setting up the environment on the Windows 7 machine properly, so that I can test developed app on an actual device.
I am unable to deploy the app to the actual device; my computer does not see it.
